You can safely assume that this is a product I've never tried. I'll do my best to be gentlemanly enough not to utter one silly pun.

Because a large percentage of our readers are in fact lovely ladies, and even though I'm not a woman, I think this very much belongs in our Mom's Blog column. And because I live with two women, one of whom is 4 years old and doesn't quite understand why it's a problem to pee all over her shoes and socks when we're away from a real potty, I have enough experience to know the GoGirl likely has a future home in our own gear stash.

As usual, I should talk to my wife about it first though. Actually, make that second. You're first. She's not home tonight.

In short, GoGirl is the feminine urination device that makes going pee outside much, much easier. It's made of medical grade silicone, so it's sanitary and it, umm, conforms. Plus the GoGirl is reusable and comes with a small tube for storing it. So far it sounds like it's a bright idea.

Hi Jill, I get that. But each one comes with a storage bag, (sandwich bag, really), but after use, shake it, it beads dry, toss it in bag and stick in pocket. Hey, men shake it and stick in pants, at least we're putting ours in a bag!!) :)

Never used a GoGirl, but I was given a SheWee for my birthday - very similar from the looks of it. It works out great on climbing trips b/c I don't have to shed all of my harness and gear before I go :)

I'm getting one of these. Last weekend we went to Bluff to hike on the Comb and I accidentally peed all over my bell-bottoms, a favorite camping pair! My husband wouldn't let me hear the end of it!
