The best part of autumn, at least the best part in Arizona, is fickle and wandering. That would be the temperature. The mornings frequently greet you at a perfect 72 degrees. You'll crave a chilled out bike ride, and you'd better knock it out before noon because it very well could start to hit 101 or more by then. The other fickle and wandering part of autumn is just like it is any place where deciduous broad-leaf trees like aspen and oak and maple grow. The trees start to change color, and you don't really know when or where until it's happening.
It's always fun to witness a part of the show.
